Data acquisition and monitoring systems
Specification definition, development and commissioning of automated systems for data acquisition and remote monitoring. Sensor definition and selection, acquisition HW sizing, software and firmware development, remote connectivity management, database interfacing.
Test Automation
Implementation of custom software and systems for performing automated testing and validation procedures, both in R&D departments and at the EOL (End-of-Line). Development of test automation engine, definition of test procedure format (e.g. input type, test functions, flow control), automatic generation of custom reports.
HIL (Hardware-In-the-Loop)
Configuration of Real-time Simulation Systems with cross competency on tools afferent to the most recognized brands on the market (e.g. dSPACE, NI, Opal-RT, Vector, etc..) . These systems are suitable for functional verification and diagnostics, as support for embedded SW application development, verification of Safety requirements (ISO26262). The system configuration is followed at 360°: definition and production of wiring, mapping, development and integration of physical models and complex logic (e.g. Matlab/Simulink, C++, PowerSim, LabVIEW), Real Time and/or FPGA implementations, design of custom HW for signal conditioning and communications on unsupported buses.

SCADA systems and INDUSTRY 4.0 applications
Design and implementation of SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) systems for process control and monitoring with connectivity and remote features; using industrial sensors, PLCs, or custom HW developed ad hoc. Production of manuals/technical files and CE marking procedures.
Racks, industrial boards and wiring harnesses
Design, sizing and production of laboratory racks, switchboards (EN 61439-1 (IEC 17-113)) and wiring harnesses for testing and automation systems. Thanks to its transversal skills, ALPHITEK ensures auxiliary services that can meet even the most demanding needs: detailed design, 3D printing of obsolete industrial connectors, design and machining of sheet metal panels (e.g. aluminum alloy 5754 , aisi 304 steel, iron, etc…), automated electrical testing.
3D printing and mechanical prototyping
Design and prototyping of mechanical parts, supporting industry and electronics, by 3D printing with FDM & SDA technology. ALPHITEK aims for continuous research into usable materials and their environmental impact. TPU, PC-ABS, ASA, PEEK, NYLON Carbon, these an example of the latest technical filaments available to our customers.
