I am an electrical engineer, Tool fan and lover of soccer and sports, especially when national colors are involved. I grew up in Montefiascone (VT), near the Bolsena Lake, but I studied and graduated in Perugia in 2008 where I then also earned a Ph.D. in Information Engineering, working on MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) for gas sensing, in collaboration with the CNR in Bologna. Perugia was one of the best choices of my life: friends, parties, loves, sufferings and personal growth, combined with the great teachings I received at DIEI (Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering), especially in the field of analog and digital electronics and in the field of microcontrollers and embedded systems in general.

After my doctorate, in 2013 I decided to undertake work experience by changing city, Turin, in a consulting company, with the aim to apply my knowledge in several areas, starting with Automotive. A piece of my heart remained there as well, because life after two years then took me to Modena, where I lived seven years full of everything and continued to grow as a person and as an engineer, especially in the field of verification and validation, working in all market sectors, and then also having roles as technical leader and project manager.

Now, back to the origin, a new adventure has begun: Alphitek .

Born and raised in “Alta Irpinia” (Montella-AV), nature, the mountain landscape and the connection with my places have been the backdrop to my growing up, eventually marking my path and my education. From an early age, I have explored the world around me through two questions “what does it look like” and “why does it work the way it does.” This approach led me to cultivate interests related to construction, mechanics, and engines. However, in time, I came across, and became passionate about aspects that are difficult to explain through elementary laws and mechanical deductions: electromagnetism, electrical engineering, electrical drives, embedded systems… Continuing on this path, I obtained my master’s degree in electrical engineering, at the University of Naples Federico II, with a final paper focused on “fault tolerant” multiphase drives for Full Electric aerospace applications.

In the following period, since 2016, I moved to Modena and started working for an engineering services company. During these years I dedicated myself to the automotive world, trying to analyze at 360° the technical aspects that have always been passionate about my studies, even during my spare time. I have been involved in Hardware and Firmware development activities, development of integration and simulation benches for HIL activities, control and simulation of Full-Electric systems in the Powertrain field, carrying out projects in complete autonomy, in teams and as a team leader. I believe that the deep dedication to your job together with the passion with you approach it is the best way to improve your skills and achieve your goals.
